Whether we like it or not, we live in an age where every drop of water counts in most parts of the country. Droughts and their impacts on water supply will only encourage the march to greater water efficiency. Borrowing a term from the web, water efficiency is Water 2.0.Thanks to Ian for the heads up about Pacific Institute's and Western Resource Advocates's new report released yesterday detailing water efficiency savings for Las Vegas. This report is very readable with lots of great graphics and statistics. The report claims "40% of water could be saved in some sectors through improvements to indoor and outdoor water efficiency." Good stuff.
